You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use this Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you input into the application.

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You may input data such as:

• child profile information (e.g., name, age, weight)

• meal records

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.

All data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure provided by third-party services.

The Service is designed to be used by parents or legal guardians acting on behalf of their children.

We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

All child-related data must be entered by an authorized adult user.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service for unlawful purposes

• attempt to access other users’ data

• reverse engineer or exploit the Service

• use the Service in a way that could damage or impair its functionality

The Service uses third-party cloud infrastructure and authentication services to store and manage data.

We take reasonable measures to ensure data security, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored online.

You may delete your account at any time.

Account deletion will result in permanent removal of:

• profile data

• meal history

• preferences

• associated personal data

Deletion is irreversible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

The Service does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.

Any decisions regarding diet, nutrition, or health based on information in the Service are made solely at your own responsibility.

We disclaim any liability arising from such decisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.
